Services for Mr. Levi Thomas Smith, 76, of 6200 1/2 Williard St., will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wed., Apr. 21st at Rose-Neath, Southside Chapel.  Rev. Mike Huspeth, pastor of Kings Temple United Pentecostal Church will officiate.  Graveside services will be at Mr. [sic Mt.] Olivet Cemetery in Logansport at 4:30.
 
He died at 2 a.m., Tuesday, April 20, 1982 at his residence following a long illness.
 
Mr. Smith, a native of Hornbeck, La., was a resident of Shreveport for 15 years and a member of the Baptist Church.  He was a Retired Welder and Farmer.
 
Survivors include: his wife, Amy Smith, Shreveport; three sons, William D. Smith, Milann, IL, Jerome Smith and Jerry W. Smith, both of Leesville; one daughter, Mrs. Wilma Lee Smith, Bossier; two step-daughters, Mrs. Madie Whittley, Sequin, Tx., and Mrs. Patsy Roberts, Shreveport; one sister, Mrs. Ollie Lolabell Maxey, Shreveport; one brother, James W. Smith, Shreveport; and 12 grandchildren.
 
Pallbearers will be Curtis Hensley, Mervin Hensley, John Thomas Cunningham, Kenneth Earl Cunningham and David Cunningham.
