Lewis D. Baum

Funeral services for Lewis D. Baum, 86, of Winnsboro were held Tuesday at Winnsboro First National Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Floyd Hawthorne officiating.

Interment followed in Coax Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.

Mr. Baum died Sunday, May 23, 1993 at his residence following a short illness. He is a retired farmer and a life long resident of Winnsboro.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and James W. Free, Winnsboro; three sisters, Myrtle Shirley and Eunice Smith, both of Winnsboro; Ruby Smith, Baskin; two grandchildren, Ken Free and Rhonda Welch, both of Winnsboro; three great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Leslie Peoples, Ray Peoples, Simmie Ray Welch, Grady Welch, Donnie Wright and Jack Heath.
