Lila “Patsy” Jackson

Funeral services for Lila Augusta “Patsy” Jackson, 78 of Sicily Island, LA will be held at Highland Park Cemetery on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 10:00 am with Rev. Francis Guy officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial.

Lila “Patsy” Jackson was born on February 7, 1934 in Sicily Island, Louisiana and passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2012 at her residence in Sicily Island. She was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church of Sicily Island, a retired Bank Teller with Sicily Island Bank.

She was preceded in death by:
Husband - Thomas “Sonny” Louis Jackson
Parents - Augustus Edward and Lillie (Hanks) Smith

Survivors include:
Her Son - Steven Jackson and wife Barbara of Sicily Island, LA
Daughter - Kathe Price and husband Jimmy of Sicily Island, LA
Grandchildren - Tiffany Lilley and husband Scott of New Iberia, LA
- Lauren Jackson of Sicily Island, LA
- Courtney Jackson of Baton Rouge, LA
- Josh Price of Sicily Island, LA
- James Price of Wisner, LA
4 Great - Grandchildren - Ali Price of Wisner, LA
- Hunter Price of Wisner, LA
- Jamie Lilley of New Iberia, LA
- Sarah Lilley of New Iberia, LA.

The Pallbearers will be - Joe Bondurant, John Bird, Mike Ferrington, Paul Blunschi, Scott Lilley and Trey Peck.

The Honorary Pallbearers will be - Dan Delaughter, Gilbert Swaggart, H.C. Peck Jr., Larry Barron and members of Masonic Lodge Keyston 213 Sicily Island.

The family will receive friends at Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, March 30, 2012.
