DERIDDER (Spl.) -- Mrs. Jesse L. Cain of Ludington community north of DeRidder died at 3:30 a.m. this morning in Memorial hospital in Leesville.
The body is at the Hixson funeral home of DeRidder where time and place of services will be announced.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse L. Cain of Ludington; three daughters, Miss Martha Cain of DeRidder, Mrs. Mary Fudge of Houston, Texas, and Mrs. Ivy Hayman of Baton Rouge; one son, Capt. Thomas L. Cain of Oceanside, Calif.; her parents, Dr. and Mrs. A. A. Evans of DeRidder; five sisters, Mrs. Elsie Green of Port Arthur, Texas, Mrs. Norman Miller of Bridge City, Texas, Mrs. Monroe Busdy [sic Busby] of Sulphur, Mrs. Clarence Balgino [sic Bolgiano] of Leesville, and Mrs. E. H. Kippers [sic Knippers] of DeRidder; two brothers, Chester Evans of Dallas, Texas, and Sam Evans of DeRidder; and 11 grandchildren.
