Mrs. Lillian Margaret Manley

Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian Margaret Manley, 89, of Savonburg will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Plymouth Congregational Church, the Rev. Paul Davis in charge. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Manley, a former long-time resident of Lawrence, died this morning at the home of her niece, Mrs. Anne Jordan in Savonburg.

She was born Sept. 19, 1876 in Worcester, Mass., and moved here with her family in 1892. She married R. C. Manley July 20, 1899 and lived at 624 La. St. for 47 years. She and her husband, who died in 1932, operated the Manley Insurance Agency here. She continued to operate the business until 1940. Mrs. Manley moved to Savonburg in 1964.

Survivors besides her niece include one sister-in-law, Mrs. Margaret Cahill of Savonburg; and a foster son, Elmer D. Humphrey of Mt. Prospect, Ill.

Friends may call at the Cooper-Warren Chapel from 4 p.m. Sunday until noon Monday.
