Lillie Frances Kleinecke
Lillie Frances Kleinecke, 85, of Victoria, passed away Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010, at Twin Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation in Victoria. She was born Sept. 19, 1925, in Mercedes, to the late George Augustus Fikes and Stella Frances Jordan Fikes. She married Lewis R. Kleinecke Jr. in August 1947 in Corpus Christi. She was secretary to the field director of Red Cross in Mission and Naval Air Station in Corpus Christi. She was a loving wife and mother, and she was a member of Blyth Road Church of Christ in Victoria.
She is survived by her husband; sons, Steven Lewis Kleinecke of Victoria and James William Kleinecke of Grand Prairie; and sisters, Ruth Keese of Kerrville and Jane Fikes of Corpus Christi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter-in-law, Carmen Kleinecke.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at Freund Funeral Home in Cuero, with Mr. Will McDonald officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
