Lois Allison Renfro
Funeral for Lois Allison Renfro, 90, of Longview will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Taylor Funeral Home Chapel, Timpson, with the Rev. Sammy Eldredge officiating. Burial will be in Waterman Cemetery, Shelby County.
Mrs. Renfro died Nov. 27, 2007, in Whispering Pines Nursing Home, Longview. Born Sept. 19, 1917, in the Waterman Community, Shelby County, she was the daughter of George W. and Lizzie Abbott Allison. She was employed as a nurses' aide, and she was a member of Timpson Missionary Baptist Church.
She was married to Marshall Renfro, and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Johnny Renfro of Timpson; daughter, Marcia Kesterson of Longview; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
