Lonnie Lee Beall Sr.
GLADEWATER -- Memorial services for Lonnie Lee Beall Sr. will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2011, at 8636 US Highway 271, Midway, Texas, eight miles north of Gilmer. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. He was born April 3, 1929, and passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
He was a loving father and grandfather. A wonderful provider for his children, he was retired from ACFX Industries. His last few months, he enjoyed fishing and spending time on the farm feeding the ducks, geese and horses. He also loved to spend time with his beloved dogs, Shelby and Sadie. The times he spent at Midway were some of the best times of his life, because he had the ones he loved the most around all the time. He brought his family closer together.
Lonnie was an exceptional man who could brighten your day with a smile. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, William and Lula Mae Beall; brothers, Earnest and Bennie Beall; sisters, Maxine McLane and Lola Mae Cobb; daughter, Jimmie Beall; and grandson, Keith Beall.
He is survived by his children, Gloria Mathis, Lonnie Beall Jr. and wife, Gloria, and Max Beall and wife, Sharon; as well as two granddaughters, two grandsons and four great-grandsons.
We would like to thank the staff of ETMC at Pittsburg for the care he received.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Safe Haven Horses.
