Louie Brown Lincecum
Funeral services for Mr. Louie B. Lincecum will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday,
July 26, 2014 at Georgetown Baptist Church in Georgetown, La. with Reverends Lamar Carpenter and Bruce Maxwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Lincecum Cemetery in Pollock, La. under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Jena.
The family asks that visitation be observed Friday from 6:00 p.m. until
9:00 p.m. at the church.
Mr. Lincecum, 68, was born August 9, 1945 in Georgetown, La. and passed from this life on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.
He was a self-employed truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Brown and Rosie May Coleman Lincecum; brother, Leroy Lincecum; sisters, Elizabeth Lincecum and Gayle Busby.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Rachel Lincecum of Georgetown; daughter, Rose Bangan of Destin, Florida; sons, DeWayne Lincecum of Tullos, Darryl Lincecum of Shreveport, Chuck Fussell of Alexandria, Keith Fussell of Jonesboro, Christopher Fussell of Tyler, Texas and Kraig Fussell of Pineville; sister, Brenda Simmons of Cotile Lake; 24 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Danny Laffoon, Corey Lincecum, David Romero, Jon Fussell, Christopher Lincecum, Skylar Lincecum and Dustin Fussell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Lincecum.
