McCarty services scheduled today
Funeral services for Mrs. Lou McCarty, 86, of Winnsboro, will be held at 10 a.m., today, Wednesday, Aug. 22, in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
Interment will be in Crowville Masonic Cemetery with the Rev. S.B. Boyette, and the Rev. Marion Collier officiating.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Aubrey Eldridge, and Mrs. Vaudie Gates, both of Winnsboro; three brothers, J. E. Sikes, Sarepto, W. R. Sikes, Winnsboro and O. T. Sikes, Baskin; two sisters, Mrs. Ottice Stephenson, Baskin and Mrs. Ethelene Curry, Winnsboro; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be C. J. Buchan, Esra Buchan, Henry Tyler, W. L. Sikes Jr., Vernon Stephenson, and Alvin Sikes.
