Loyce Bordelon
Services for Loyce Baker Bordelon will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville, with the Dr. Gary Baldwin officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ruby.
Bordelon, 94, died Sunday, April 15, 2001, in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.
She was a member of First Baptist church, Pineville, and an elementary school teacher, teaching fourth grade at Mary Goff and Tioga. She was a graduate of Northwestern State University.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Laures Bordelon.
Survivors include one son, Carney Robertson of Boyce one daughter, Donna Hebert of Lake Charles four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Corwyn Aldredge, Ward Alexander, Greg Baker, Donald Baker, Bill Loewer, George Hollis and Winston Welch.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. today until time of services in the funeral home.
