Mitchell Rites Slated Tuesday At White's Ferry

Final rites will be conducted Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. for Mrs. Lucille Brady Mitchell, 38-year-old West Monroe resident who died in a Shreveport hospital early Sunday.

Officiating at the rites at Hixson Brothers Chapel will be the Rev. Alton Smith, pastor of White's Ferry Church of Christ.

Interment will be in Mount Zion Cemetery near Calhoun.

Survivors include the husband, Fred Mitchell; a son, Edward Smith, West Monroe; two brothers: J. W. Brady, Jonesboro, and Jessie Brady; two half-brothers: Thomas Brady, West Monroe, and PFC James P. Brady, stationed in Germany; two sisters: Mrs. Eunice McKinley and Mrs. Gladys Griffin, both of West Monroe, and four half-sisters: Mrs. Bertha Purvis, Miss Shirley Brady, Mrs. Dorothy Smith and Mrs. Diana Aday, all of West Monroe.
