Lula Mae Sikes

SPRINGHILL, LA.

Services for Mrs. Lula Mae Sikes, 80, will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 1981 at Old Sarepta Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Watson and Rev. Danny Sikes officiating. Burial will be in Old Sarepta Cemetery.

She died Thursday, Jan. 1 at Community Hospital, Springhill.

Mrs. Sikes had been a resident of Sarepta for 35 years and was a member of Old Sarepta Baptist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Elbert Matthews, Sarepta, Mrs. Lula Hymer, Taylor, Ark., and Mrs. Fred L. Price, Shreveport; two sons, Clayton J. Sikes, Sarepta, and T. M. Sikes, Hortman; three sisters, Mrs. Amos Coughran, Mrs. Gladys Carroll, and Mrs. Althea Gaulden, all of Bastrop; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
