MRS. LULA FORD

MANY -- Mrs. Lula Ford, 76, of Florien, died Tuesday in a local hospital after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held in the Toro Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Wednesday. Burial was in the Toro Cemetery.

Survivors are five sons, Duffy, Oscar, Burman Ford, all of Florien, Thurman Ford of Hornbeck and Herman Ford of Revere, Tex.; three daughters, Mrs. E. W. Williams of Florien, Mrs. Calvin Simmons of Hornbeck and Mrs. Sylvester Gibson of Oregon; three brothers, Jackson Savell of Hemphill, Tex., Levi Savell of Florien and Walter Savell of Hornbeck; one sister, Mrs. Lice Arnold of Negrett; 22 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
