CARSON, LUTHER L.

A retired Exxon Co. USA electrician with 36 years of service and resident of Baton Rouge, he died Wednesday, July 3, 1996, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 82, a native of Dry Prong and U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., 4 to 10 p.m. Thursday, and from noon until religious services in the chapel at 3 p.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Sammy David. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park.

Survived by a daughter, Andrea Boudreaux, Baton Rouge; a son, Kerry Carson, Denham Springs; a sister, Lucy Lott; four grandchildren, Christine May, Devon Anderson, Jason Rodrigue and Jennifer Rodrigue; and a niece, Norma Rae Sadowski, Denham Springs.
