LUTHER J. McDANIEL
Services were held at 10 a.m. today at Hulett Funeral Home Chapel for Luther J. McDaniel, 83, of 700 Mamie St., who died Tuesday morning at Methodist Hospital.
Rev. John E. Barnes and Rev. T. O. Nix officiated. Burial was in Highland Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Walton Miller, Charles LeBlanc, Stanley Thornton, Walter Bodman Jr., Bobby Ray Clark and Jerry Geiger.
Mr. McDaniel, a resident of Hattiesburg for 48 years, was a building contractor until his retirement several years ago.
His only survivor is his wife.
