Lyda B. Mensch
Lyda Baldwin Mensch of Jackson, 89, a retired federal employee, died March 22 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center.
Services were March 25 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park.
A native of Raleigh, she had lived in Chicago for many years where she was employed by the U.S. Treasury Dept. She had lived in Jackson for the past 30 years. Mrs. Mensch was a member of Daniel Memorial Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Mensch.
Mrs. Mensch is survived by her sister, Eunice Wardell of Clinton, brother, Ethel Baldwin of Raleigh, and several nieces and nephews.
