Lyman Emmett Mizell, 77, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 18, 2010.
He is preceded in death by his father, Emmett D. Mizell; mother, Willie Mizell; and brother, James Ralph Mizell.
Lyman is survived by his wife, Latayne; son, Bryan and wife Judy Mizell; daughters, Sherrill and husband Brad Evans and Lynna Carnett; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, David and wife Dana Mizell; and numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 1:00PM to 2:00PM with a funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
