Major C. McDaniel
Clinton -- Major Cyrus McDaniel Jr., 84 went to be with the Lord on Aug. 31, 2012 at his home in SC.
He was born in Goodman, MS on July 13, 1928. He graduated from Clinton High School and Mississippi College and served as Music Minister in Mississippi churches. He served as a Music Missionary to Korea for 20 years.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Major and Anise P. McDaniel and sister, Anise Brock.
He is survived by his wife June V. McDaniel, daughter Mary Anise Turner and family, sisters Annette Robertson, Sara Davis and Jane Wade and a brother Jack McDaniel.
Visitation is at Clinton FBC on Sept. 8 at 1:30. Memorial service at 3:00.
