MR. M. A. JONES SR. DIES OF HEART ATTACK MONDAY AT 83 YEARS

Funeral services for Mr. Malon A. Jones Sr., 83 years of age will be conducted at Goddard's Funeral Chapel at Reynolds this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Rev. Walter Flanders will officiate and interment will be in Hill Crest cemetery.

The deceased who was a retired farmer was a native of Macon county where he spent the greater portion of his life but since last October had made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Grace Beeland at Warner Robins. His sudden death was attrib[u]ted to a heart attack.

Survivors are one son, Mr. M. A. Jones Jr.; 3 daughter[s], Mrs. Grace Beland, Warner Robins; Mrs. Lucile Carter, Warner Robins; Miss Elizabeth Jones, Atlanta; brothers, R. L. Jones, Macon; Clay Jones, Valdosta; Billy Jones, Cordele; Stanford Jones, Salisbury, N.C.; sister, Mrs. Pauline Jackson, Savannah; 6 grandsons and one grand daughter.
