Funeral services for Mrs. Mamie Lee Easterling, 66, of Winnsboro were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 1, in the Chapel of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.
Interment was in South Central Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Mongle officiating.
A native of Wisner, she was born Aug. 12, 1916. She was a housewife. She died on December 30, 1982, of a short illness.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Tommie Jean Cox, Baton Rouge, Mrs. Francine Smith, Mrs. Sue Ogden and Miss Brenda Gail Easterling, all of Winnsboro; two sons, Jessie Mack Collins, Springhill, and Casey [sic Carey] Lynn Collins, Monterey; one sister, Mrs. Bill Carroll, Wisner; one brother, Cecil Dampier, Wisner; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were Jerry Lynn Collins, Lynn Collins, Mickey Carroll, Jay Rolen, Donnie Dampier and Phillip Dampier.
