Funeral services for Marcelee B. Dampier, 64, of Wisner, were held on June 14, at First Baptist Church in Wisner, with the Rev. Kim Pilkinton and the Rev. Don Blackmon officiating.
Interment was in South Central Cemetery near Wisner under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.
She died on Monday, June 12, 1989, following a lengthy illness.
Survivors include her husband, Johnnie W. Dampier, Wisner; two sons and daughters-in-law, William R. and Patricia Dampier, Brandon, Miss., Daniel Wayne and Dianne Dampier, Shreveport; three grandsons, John Roy Dampier, Steven Patrick Dampier and Jason Dampier.
Pallbearers were Monroe Jenkins, George Scott, C. O. Cheatham, William Wade House, Levi Mahoney and James L. Bearden.
