Marie Bowen Foley

SHREVEPORT

Services for Mrs. Marie Bowen Foley, 68, of Shreveport, will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday July 19 at Rose Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. Frank Eppinette, pastor, and the Rev. Carl Schumacker, of Community Bible Church, where Mrs. Foley was a member. Burial will be at Centuries Memorial Park.

She died at 1:33 a.m. Sunday July 17, 1983, at Willis-Knighton Medical Center following a short illness. Mrs. Foley was a native of Jackson Parish, La., a resident of Shreveport most of her life, and was a retired registered nurse at L.S.U. Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, L.H. Foley, and two daughters, Viki Marie Foley and Mrs. Becky Foley Beauregard, of Shreveport; two sisters, Mable Bowen Nash of Shreveport and Maxine Bowen Light of Weldon, Calif.; three brothers, Aswell Bowen of Westminster, Calif., James Bowen of La Harbor, Calif. and H. Ray Bowen of Studio City, Calif.; one grandson and one granddaughter.

Pallbearers will be Robert W. Foley, Jr., W.L. Nash, Charles E. Moore, Brytha O. Murphy, Ray Huddleston, Kenneth Norsworthy and Curtis Bryan Williams.
