Mario Vincent Santelli
April 18, 1933 - October 12, 2016

Mario Santelli age 83 passed away peacefully with his loved ones by his side. Our dad was very sad the years he lost the love of his life, “Honey Ann”. We are sure he died of a broken heart.

Vincent Santelli was a resident of River Ridge, Louisiana and born in Chicago, Illinois to Mariano Vincenzo Santelli and Innocenza “Jenny” Domenica Santelli. He was a Business owner for 27 years. He started National Tape Corporation in 1972 the leader in tape manufacturers in the south and shipped all over the world. All of his employees were like family. His customers were eventually friends.

He put all his children and grandchildren through college and gave us the tools to be the best in our careers.

Vincent Santelli was married 55 years to the love of is life, Elizabeth Ann Santelli. They raised four beautiful children: Mario Vincent “Trey” Santelli, Mark Richard Santelli, Laura Ann Santelli (Leslie Barker), Ashley Leigh McDermott (Shaun McDermott).

He leaves behind his beautiful grandchildren: Stephanie Schibner (Clint Schibner), Joshua Bernard, Nicholas Bernard, Gabrielle Santelli and his “little man” Finley McDermott. He had a beautiful Great grandchild, Little Miss Ava Hebert.

He will be welcomed into heaven by his wife Ann, brother Rudy, sister Theresa and his Mom and Dad.

Mario Vincent will be laid to rest in eternal peace at the Gardens of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA. on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Visitation will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am with services starting at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
