Mrs. Marjorie S. Russell

MINDEN, LA - Services for Mrs. Marjorie S. Russell, 81, will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, May 11, 1995 at Minden Rose-Neath Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Rick Spencer. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory.

Mrs. Russell died Monday, May 8, 1995 at the Minden Medical Center after a short illness. She was born in Winnfield, La. and had been a resident of Minden for 55 years. Mrs. Russell was a retired school teacher from the Webster Parish School Board where she taught for 25 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Minden.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Lynda Russell of Haughton, La.; one daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Jodie R. Smith of Lilbum, GA; five grandchildren, Kyle Russell, Blaine Russell, Jodie Smith, IV, Marjorie Smith Casper, Elizabeth Smith and four nieces.

Pallbearers will be Luther Moore, Blaine Russell, Jodie Smith, IV, Kyle Russell, J. R. Boyett and Rick Casper, Jr.

Memorials may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home in Monroe, La.
