FORMER SOLDIER DIES

BLANCO, Tex., Nov. 18. [sic Nov 8] -- Marsial B. Jones, ex-soldier and legionnaire, died this afternoon after a long illness. Jones moved here a week ago. His immediate family consists of his wife and three children. He was buried in the Blanco Cemetery with military honors.

M. Berdett Jones Dies At Blanco, Texas

M. Berdett Jones, 48 years of age, died at his home in Blanco, Texas November 8, 1935 after a two years illness. He is survived by his wife and three children, Mavis, Marshall, and Blanchard; two sisters, Mrs. T. J. Creel of Sikes and Mrs. Cora Dark of Winnsboro and two brothers, Morris Jones of Houston, Texas and DeWitt Jones of Winnfield, besides a host of friends who mourn his death.
