MRS. MARY BAGGETT

LEBLANC (Spl.) -- Mrs. Martha Mary Baggett, 72, of LeBlanc died at 9:25 a.m. Saturday in the Kinder hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Ardoin funeral home chapel at Kinder with Rev. Seth Baggett, pastor of the Independent Congregational church of Reeves officiating, assisted by Rev. B. L. Clark, pastor of the First Pentacostal church of Kinder.

Burial will be in the LeBlanc cemetery with the Ardoin funeral home of Kinder in charge.

A native of Laurel, Miss., Mrs. Baggett had lived in LeBlanc for the past 45 years.

Survivors are three sons, Will Tilmon Baggett of Lake Charles, James Elveston of Natchez, Miss. and William Randolph Elveston of DeQuincy; two daughters, Mrs. Jay Thigpen and Mrs. R. E. LeBlanc, both of LeBlanc; two brothers, Bill Lewis and Fletcher Lewis, both of DeRidder; one sister, Mrs. Neomi Moses of DeRidder; 17 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
