Mrs. W. T. Hinton

DOWNSVILLE (Special) -- Funeral services for Mrs. W. T. Hinton, 78, of Downsville, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Downsville Methodist Church with the Rev. Frank Jones officiating, assisted by the Rev. Dwayne Spikes.

Burial will be in Downsville Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mrs. Hinton died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Lincoln General Hospital in Ruston following a short illness.

Survivors include her husband, W. T. Hinton of Downsville; four sons, Clark Hinton of Sulphur, William T. Hinton Jr. of West Monroe, Roy M. Hinton of Raleigh, Miss., and Ivy M. Hinton of Schriever; one daughter, Mrs. Mae H. Hammons of Downsville; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Lou Petty of Monroe and Mrs. Allie Mae Durbin of West Monroe; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The body will be at the funeral home until time for services.
