MARTIN MCDONALD KILLED BY ACCIDENT

Martin McDonald, son of Archie McDonald of Columbia, was killed about nine miles from Rayville last Tuesday morning. He had accepted a job with a large lumber company in that section as timber cutter and met with death when the first tree he cut fell on him. He lived only forty minutes after the accident had occurred. The body was returned and burial was made Wednesday morning at Old Bethel Cemetery about two miles from Clarks, La.
