Funeral services for Marvin E. Boyette, 85, of Epps, LA were held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Epps Baptist Church, Epps, LA with Bro. Pat Lofton officiating. Interment was in the Epps Cemetery, Epps, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
Mr. Marvin was born July 22, 1932 in Oak Grove, LA and passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 in West Monroe, LA. He is preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Ruth Boyette; mother and stepfather, Lillie and Jack Hinton; and his father, Virgil Boyette.
Survivors include his children, Denise Mullican and husband, David of Baskin, LA; Brady Boyette of Epps, LA; grandchildren, Thomas Crane and wife, Kristy of Hot Springs, AR; Doni Crane of Baskin, LA; great grandchildren, Kyla Crane of Hot Springs, AR; Kamden Crane of Hot Springs, AR; brothers, Jerry Hinton of Forest, LA; Gary Hinton and wife, Delores of Greenwood, LA; sisters, Shirley Antley of West Monroe, LA; Charleace Hinton of Bastrop, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Glen McCandlish, Keith McDermitt, Johnny Ray McVoy, Thomas Crane, Cory Hinton, and Wayne Freeman.
Honorary pallbearers werr Kindle McCandlish, David Mullican, Frank White,
Steve Hillman, and Marree Starks.
