Mary Ann W. Crum

FERRIDAY, La. -- Services for Mary Ann W. Crum, 76, of Ferriday, who died Thursday, April 14, 2005, in Shreveport, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Comer Funeral Home with the Rev. Barry Dennis officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Mausoleum in Ferriday under the direction of the funeral home. Mrs. Crum was born Oct. 27, 1928, in Ferriday, the daughter of Ben Milligan and LaUna Oliver. Mrs. Crum was a longlong resident of Ferriday and a member of Sevier Memorial United Methodist Church in Ferriday. She retired from Concordia Bank and Trust in 1996 as head bookkeeper and assistant vice president. She was a member of the Women's Bowling Association, the Order of the Eastern Star, Sevier Memorial United Methodist Church's choir and bell choir, and Women of the Moose.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ernest Crum; and one sister, Ruth Joyce Stanley.

Survivors include three daughters, Cookie Dickerson and her husband, Steven, both of Shreveport, Brenda Kobb of Clermont, Fla., and Connie Wilson and her husband, Frank, both of Natchez; one brother, Gus Oliver of Natchez; one sister, June Parker of Natchez; six grandchildren, Ramee Dickerson, Daye Walker, Luke Wilson, Rayne Wilson, Brad Wilson and Lindsey Kobb; and two great-grandchildren, Ashley Wilson and Elle Walker.

Pallbearers will be Pat Galloway, Johnny Taylor, Pat Biglane, Tommy Millican, Charlie Fisher and John Mark Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Travis Gore and Willie Smith.
