Hair Funeral Slated Thursday

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday for Mrs. Mary Baker Hair, 92, of 1411 Georgia St., Monroe, at the chapel of Mulhearn's Funeral Home of Monroe with the Rev. Joe Mongle officiating.

Burial will be at the Harrisonburg Cemetery.

She died Tuesday at St. Francis Hospital after a short illness.

She was a native of Jena and formerly lived in Harrisonburg and had been a resident of Monroe for the past 25 years. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Pat Pattison and Mrs. Grady Smith, both of Monroe; one son, James W. Hair of Beaumont, Tex.; one foster daughter, Mrs. Helen Parmar of Pasadena, Tex.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be A. J. Welch, Henry Taylor, Sydney Taylor, Peter G. Mulhearn, Richard Beck, and Richard Armstrong.
