Mrs. Mary Beasley

FERRIDAY -- Funeral services for Mrs. Mary L. Beasley, 75, of Northeast, Pa., and formerly of Waterproof, were at 2 p.m. today at Tensas Baptist Church near Waterproof with the Rev. Leslie Keyes and the Rev. Leo Gardner officiating.

Burial followed in Powell Family Cemetery near Waterproof under the direction of Comer Funeral Home of Ferriday.

Mrs. Beasley died Wednesday at her residence in Northeast, Pa. after a brief illness.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Pearl Chapman of Northeast, Pa.; one son, Thomas Shevaillier [sic Chevallier] of San Antonio, Tex.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Minnie Keyes and Mrs. Eunice Keyes, both of Clayton; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
