In the Matter of the Last Will and Testament of Mary J. Manley Deceased.
THE STATE OF OHIO
IN PROBATE COURT.
Now comes U. C. Manley and being duly sworn represents to the Court that Mary J. Manley late a resident of Garrettsville Township, in said county, died on or about the 22 day of Sept. 1885, leaving a paper in writing purporting to be her last will and testament, which is herewith offered for Probate.
Said Mary J. Manley died leaving William Manley, Husband and the following named persons her heirs and next of kin, to-wit:

He therefore, for an on behalf of said heirs and next of kin asks the Court to fix a day for hearing this application, and cause said heirs and next of kin who reside in this State, to be notified of the same and cause said will to be admitted to Probate and Record as provided by law.
