Mary Jane Newman
WINNFIELD -- Graveside services for Mary Jane Newman, 13-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Newman of Dermott, Ark., were held at 5 p.m. Monday at Old Union Cemetery at Joyce and the Rev. L. C. Lard Sr. officiated.
The Newman girl died Sunday in Baptist Hospital at Memphis, Tenn. after a long illness.
Other survivors include two brothers, Wade Newman and Mark Newman, both of Dermott, Ark.; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Jones of Monroe; and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Newman of Joyce.
