Mary Lee Sandidge

TALLULAH -- Mary Lee Sandidge died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004, at The Olive Branch Senior Care Center. She was 90.

Born in Enterprise, La., Mrs. Sandidge was a resident of Tallulah. She was a homemaker and a member of Little Creek Baptist Church in Epps.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewitt Clinton Sandidge; her parents, Andrew Pittman and Lorena Holmes Pittman; four sons, Everett Wayne Sandidge, Kenneth Dale Sandidge, Eldon Kirby Sandidge and Glenn Edwin Sandidge; and two brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include a son, Walter Harold Sandidge of Pioneer; two sisters, Myra Oliphant of Delhi and Vermell McPherson of Benton, La.; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Pat Lofton officiating. Burial will follow at Epps Community Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Darryl Sandidge, Jeff Sandidge, Jason Sandidge, Kenneth ``Bo'' Sandidge, Terry Tolar and Robert Tolar.
