Mrs. Opal P. Wasson

Mrs. Opal Prince Wasson, aged 80, of 8701 Riley Drive, a retired teacher, died Sunday. She taught in the North Little Rock School District for 14 years. She was a daughter of William Lewis and Nancy Ann Idelle Crain Prince and had lived at North Little Rock since 1946. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma teachers' sorority and Baring Cross Baptist Church.

Survivors are her husband, George W. Wasson; two daughters, Patsy McCain of Hot Springs and Lynda Jack of Knoxville, Tenn.; a brother, Ross Prince of Vinton, La.; two sisters, Jewell Wiggins of Winnsboro, La., and Loyce Arledge of Vinton, and three grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home by Rev. Jerry Hogan. Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery.
