Funeral services for Mary M. Underwood, 3821 Titan Trail, are pending with the Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home.
Mrs. Underwood died Wednesday morning at Westgate Hospital.
She was born Sept. 21, 1889 [sic 1898], in Harrisburg [sic Harrisonburg], La., and was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. She was a retired school teacher.
Survivors include one daughter, Marycarl Mackey of Denton; two brothers, I. C. Strickland and D. C. [sic D. A.] Strickland, both of Monroe, La.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
