Marquez Woman Dies in Mexia Sunday 5 p.m.

Mrs. Mattie Winn, of Marquez, Texas, died at a local hospital Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock. She was 52.

Funeral services were held Monday morning at the Baptist church in Marquez at 11 o'clock, with Rev. Mathews officiating.

Mrs. Winn is survived by her husband, E. B. Winn, and seven sisters and three brothers. Mrs. Winn had lived in and around Marquez most of her life.

Interment was in the Marquez Cemetery with J. I. Riddle & company in charge of the funeral arrangements.
