Mattie L. Jordan

WINNFIELD -- Services for Mattie L. Jordan will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Southern with the Rev. Rayford Higgs officiating. Burial will be in Jordan Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Jordan, 61, of Winnfield died Thursday, July 16, 1998, in Ruston Rehab Hospital.

She was a native of Winnfield and a homemaker. She was a member of Union Baptist Church and Georgetown Eastern Star Chapter No. 71.

Survivors include her husband, Joe B. Jordan of Winnfield; one son, Walter Glen of Bryant, Ark.; one sister, Mae Hemphill of Winnfield.

Pallbearers will be Paul Gates, Bobby O'Neal, Mike Jordan, Bill Jordan, David Cotton and Tommy Cotton.

Friends may call from 2-10 p.m. today and from 8:30 a.m. until time of services Saturday in the funeral home.
