Funeral services for Maudie Elmyra Creel Wiggins, 82, Winnsboro were held Saturday at Community
Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Claudie Jenkins, Rev. George Bonner and Rev. James Ketchem
officiating.
Interment followed at Sikes Cemetery in Sikes, La. under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral
Home of Winnsboro.
Mrs. Wiggins died Wednesday at Golden Doors of Franklin Parish after a long illness. She was a resident
of Winnsboro and a homemaker.
Survivors include one daughter, Joyce A. Black, Goose Creek, S.C.; two sons, Cecil N. Creel,
New Tazewell, Tenn.; Douglas R. Creel, Haughton, La.; two step-daughters, Thelma Livingston and
Vicky Smith, both of Winnsboro; two sisters, Ethel Drake, Junction City, Kansas; Mattie Lee Harris,
Bossier City, La.; three brothers, Henry Harris, Arlington, Texas; Earl Harris, ElDorado, Ark.; Bobby Gene Harris,
Alexandria; 12 grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; 25 step-great-grandchildren;
two great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Glen Ray Smith, David Parks, Marshall Livingston, Bryan Lee Black, James V. Black Jr.
and Bruce Creel.
