Maurice L. Krischke
Services for Maurice L. Krischke, Sr. will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Ball, with Rev. Dub Carson officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball.
Mr. Krischke, 74, of Pollock, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2007 in the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Alexandria.
He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of Pinehurst Baptist Church, Ball. He was a simple man who led a simple life and loved his dogs.
His parents, William Krischke, Sr. and Willie Mae Burns Krischke; two brothers, Harold Lee Krischke and William A. Krischke; and one son, Dawson J. Krischke preceded him in death.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his children, Maurice L. Krischke, Jr. of Pollock, Cheryl A. Johnson and husband Billy P. of Texas City, Texas, Waynoaka Drake and husband, Norman, of Pollock, and Marty Lee Krischke and wife, Kim, of Ball; and four grandchildren, Josh Drake, Devon Drake, Hailey Krischke, and Laiken Krischke.
Friends may call from 5 until 9 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
