Maxine Sikes Scaccia passed away on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 10: 25 AM. Age 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Vincent F. Scaccia, Sr. Mother of Vincent F. Scaccia, Jr. and Dennis M. Scaccia. Mother-in-law of Wendy Toca Scaccia and the late Patrcia Young Scaccia. Grandmother of Rebecca Scaccia, Laura Scaccia, Allison Scaccia and the late Vincent F. Scaccia, III. Daughter of the late Murdis Dark Sikes and Dennis E. Sikes. Sister of Jehu Sikes and Gary Sikes.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Friday, October 9, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Visitation Friday morning from 9:30 AM until funeral time. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
