Mrs. M. A. Chapman

Mrs. M. A. Chapman, 95, of Jackson and Bull Shoals, Ark., died Sunday night at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center following a short illness.

Services: 12:30 p.m. today at Wright and Ferguson chapel: Burial: Lakewood Memorial Park.

Survivors include a son, W. R. Chapman of Memphis, Tenn.; three daughters, Mrs. J. C. Cooks Sr. of Jackson, Mrs. Cecil (Sarah Winn) Reynolds of Jackson, and Mrs. Richard (Minnie) Carnahan of Bull Shoals, Ark.; a brother, Dr. Stanford G. Beatty Sr. of New Orleans, La.; four grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Chapman was a native of Louisiana, and had lived in Jackson for many years. For the past seven years she had divided her time between Jackson and Bull Shoals, Ark. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church and of the Senior Citizens Club of Bull Shoals.
