MRS. MELISA WHITTINGTON

WINNSBORO, La., March 4 (Special) -- Mrs. Melisa Jane Whittington, 82, died Monday at her home near here. There was a graveside service in the Oakley Cemetery near Gilbert, Wednesday at 3 p.m. with Rev. M. Clark and Rev. Jack Jones officiating. The First National Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Whittington leaves two sons, R. W. and Lennis Whittington, both of Winnsboro, and three daughters, Mrs. Gardner Wallace, Mrs. Lee McIntyre and Mrs. M. Aswell.
