COLUMBIA, March 6 -- (Special) -- M. B. Todd, 70, of Grayson, died Sunday at the Caldwell hospital after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Old Bethel Church, near Clarks, with Rev. J. R. Franks officiating, assisted by Rev. Norman Simmons and Rev. N. C. Napp.

Interment will follow in the Old Bethel Cemetery under direction of Riser and Son Funeral [Home] of Columbia.

Survivors are: his wife, Mrs. Katie L. Todd, of Grayson; two sons, Leroy Todd of Rio Del, Calif., and Willie Todd of Scotia, Calif.; one brother, Arch Todd of DeSota, Miss.; one sister, Mrs. Dora E. McNeil, of Birmingham, Ala.; six grandchildren.

The body will remain at the funeral chapel until time for services.
