MERLEN JANE DAVIS TEER

MERLEN JANE DAVIS TEER, 78, of Houston, TX was born on December 26, 1931 in Timpson, TX and passed away at her home on November 17, 2010.

She is preceded in death by her husband Nelson Teer and 2 great grandchildren.

She was a member of the Order of The Eastern Star for over 27 years. Merlen was also a member of TOPS/KOPS.

She is survived by her loving children; James Teer and wife Wanda, Dettie Hood and husband James, and Sarah Lovelady and husband James; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 5 P.M. with a service at 7 P.M. at Cavazos Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2 P.M. at White Rock Cemetery in Shelby County, TX.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Assoc. or the White Rock Cemetery Fund.
