Michael S. `Booty' Cutrer

Michael Sidney ``Booty'' Cutrer, 48, of McComb, died at his residence after a lengthy illness May 20, 2004.

Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Catchings Funeral Home in McComb, and noon Sunday until services there at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Montgomery Cemetery.

Mr. Cutrer was born March 22, 1956, the son of Bessie Freeman Cutrer and the late Alton Cutrer Jr.

He worked more than 25 years in the oilfield industry for Pressure Services and HWC. He loved fishing and hunting. His family said he was known for his big smile, generous heart, was dedicated to his family and friends, and will be greatly missed by everyone.

He was a member of East McComb Baptist Church.

Mr. Cutrer was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Julius and Nellie Mae Freeman, Alton Cutrer Sr. and Vena Cutrer; and a niece, Toni Cutrer Fusilier.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Crowe Cutrer; one son, Dustin Sidney Cutrer; his mother; grandmother, Julia Forbes Cutrer; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Regina Cutrer, and Charlie and Marion Cutrer; one sister and brother-in-law, Sherrie and Bill Wall; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, Ronnie, Maggie, Kaylie and Mckenzie Cutrer, Jennifer, Brian and Blake Berberette, Corey and Joy Wall, Austin, Michaela and Hana Grace Cutrer, Mac and Trent Fusilier; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers will be Lonny Moak, Ronnie Cutrer, Brian Berberette, Rodney Tanner, Ronnie Freeman and Bruce Ray. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Barrett, Albert Thomas, Jimmie Ray Martin, Mac Fusilier, Doug Pitts Sr., L.J. Chaisson and Douglas Medine.
