Mildred ``Maw Sis'' Brazell
Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred ``Maw Sis'' Brazell, 77 ,of Jonesville, LA will be held at Lake Lilly Baptist Church on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Bro. Frank Bass and Bro Eric Peyton officiating. Interment will follow at Heard Cemetery, Manifest, La. under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Jonesville, La.
Mrs. Brazell was born November 01, 1929 in Jonesville, LA and passed away Sunday September 02, 2007 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria. She was a resident of Jonesville, a Home Maker, and a member of the Lake Lily Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by: husband-L.C. Brazell, father-Jason Jeddie Bass, mother-Queenie Rowena Bass, son-Robbie Edward Brazell, [and] brother-William Maycel Bass.
Survivors include: son-Leon Jr. and his wife Sallie Brazell of Ferriday, La.; son-Johnny and his wife Coonee Brazell of Belah, La.; son-JimMike and his wife Gail Brazell of Scottsboro, Ala.; daughter-Marsha and her husband Billy Baker of Jonesville, La.; [and] brother-J.W. Bass of Joplin, Mo. She was also survived by 12 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren.
The Pallbearers will be Jason LaCroix, Isreal Kimbrough, Matthew Brazell, Lank Bass, David Neal and Scott Brazell.
The Honorary Pallbearers will be the Deacons and Men of the Church.
The family will receive friends at Lake Lily Baptist Church from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Wednesday, September 5, 2007.
