DUNCAN, Mildred Grant (Doll) 54 - A resident of Los Alamos for the past 24 years passed away yesterday at the Los Alamos Medical Center. She is survived by her husband Hernan Duncan, sister Mary Vance of Greensville, Miss., brothers Emmons Grant of Gulfport, Miss., John T. Grant of Batesville, Miss., several nieces, nephews and many other relatives. Visitation will be today from 2:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Blocks' Mortuary. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Blocks' Mortuary with Pastor John K. Sullivan of The Trinity Bible Church officiating. Interment will follow in the National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial to the new Intensive Care Unit at the LAMC of [sic or] to the American Legion.

Mrs. Mildred Grant Duncan (Doll) passed away April 20th in a hospital in Los Alamos, N.M. Funeral services were held Friday at 2 p.m. in Santa Fe, N.M. and burial was in a cemetery there.

The daughter of the late J. M. and Lettie Emmons Grant, she was reared in the Jefferson community. She attended school there and was a graduate of J. Z. George school and attended Delta State University. Survivors include her husband, Hernon Money Duncan, Los Alamos, N.M., two brothers, John Tom Grant of Batesville and Emmons Grant of Gulfport, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Grant McCracken of Greenville. Relatives attending the funeral were J. T. Grant of Batesvile; Emmons Grant, Gulfport; Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Duncan, Van Cleave.
